  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the complexity of the service.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Processing Time

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any service that has been partially or fully completed is non-refundable.
  • No-shows or failure to comply with cancellation policies will result in the full charge of the scheduled service.
  • Refunds for promotional discounts or special offers are not applicable.

  • Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking without notice.

  • Bank Transfer/EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Customers must provide proof of payment by 2:45 PM.

4.3 Discounts and Promotions

  • Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking.
  • Codes are subject to validation and may change on a weekly basis.
  • Misuse of discount codes may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

5. Customer Data Security

  • Payment details are not stored by Ready2Go Services. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  • Ready2Go Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.
  • Any claim for damages must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the service completion.
