- Passionate about aged care and delivering exceptional outcomes for residents.
- Proven experience in leadership and management within the aged care or health sector.
- AHPRA and Bachelors in Nursing preferred
- Knowledge of compliance with aged care standards and legislation.
- Strong ability to build relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
